SEARCH

Utilizing Yelp’s comprehensive database, the search function allows for exploration of businesses by name, category, and location. For a more tailored experience, users can search based on their current location to discover nearby businesses. Results can be displayed in list format or on a map for convenient navigation.

WATCH

By favoriting a business, BIZWATCH will monitor it for status updates regarding its operational status, including whether it is open or has permanently closed. Users can maintain a list of their watched businesses, ensuring they remain informed about developments in their communities. If a business closes, BIZWATCH promptly updates the listing and notifies the user of any changes. The interface allows for easy organization of favorites through drag-and-drop functionality.

INFORMATION

Access detailed information on any business by tapping into its profile, which includes the street address, rating, and price range. Users can easily find contact numbers to inquire how they can support these establishments during challenging times.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS

Stay connected to local businesses even when not using the app. The Business Tracker widget allows for quick viewing of operational statuses in two convenient sizes. Users can also activate the Featured Business widget to receive personalized suggestions based on previous searches. Tapping either widget seamlessly launches the app for further exploration.
